In business since 1983, C.P. Pools is a small, family-operated company serving the needs of pool and spa customers in Southeastern MA and RI. With over 40 years of industry experience, we not only sell pools and spas, but offer service and repair as well. We strive to create a fun and friendly working environment, which is why many of our staff have been with us for 10 years or more!

We are looking to hire two full-time associates to join our sales team. Sales associates are responsible for selling pools and spas as well as filtration systems, chemicals, and other pool and spa accessories. Sales associates receive training on our product lines, so that they have the knowledge necessary to assist customers with proper maintenance and to troubleshoot any issues customers may be experiencing with their products. Associates will assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior retail/customer service experience preferred

Compensation:

• Competitive pay
• Hourly rate plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
